CrossFit Central: In the Open

The 2019 CrossFit Open is upon us!
The CrossFit Central team has participated in the Open every year since its inception! It is a time where we challenge ourselves, push ourselves a little more, achieve some fresh PRs and find out how we rank amongst thousands of other CrossFitters from across the globe — and we have FUN.
As a way to make the Open even more fun, this year we are recruiting teams at both of our locations! This will be a fun way to engage in a little friendly competition with coaches and athletes from other class times.
How This Works:
Visiting Austin and looking to get in your Open workout?
We will take on the Open workout on Fridays (all classes) and Saturdays (8am - 10am) at CrossFit Central Downtown
Purchase a drop in pass HERE.
A google doc with heat times for Saturday morning will be posted HERE once the workouts are announced.
We are creating a limited number of CrossFit Central Open shirts! Reward your hard work and celebrate this five week journey with some fresh CrossFit Central gear. The order will be placed on Tuesday, February 26th. Be sure to get your order in!
